Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. Complex physical and chemical reactions occur between the substrate of hot dip galvanized steel strip and molten bath to form a corrosion-resistant zinc iron alloy layer with compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with pure zinc layer and strip substrate. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.
The first stage is pickling the whole coil of strip steel to achieve bright and clean surface. The second stage is hot-dip galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing, and the third stage is the storage of strip steel after galvanizing. Galvanized steel strip has the characteristics of no rust and corrosion resistance for many years. It can not be affected by external adverse environment, and always maintain its own performance and appearance.
