Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China’s national economy has developed rapidly, but it has also paid a great price, especially for the pollution and destruction of the natural environment. With the increasing attention paid by the international and domestic people to environmental protection, the state has With the implementation of environmental protection policies and energy-saving and emission-reduction measures, users and markets will increasingly have more and more demands for tank-type vehicles, especially in terms of new energy consumption and cost control. In this increasingly market-oriented environment and increasingly competitive market conditions, how to develop and apply new tank-type special vehicles to open up new markets has become a concern for all tank car manufacturers. Below, the author briefly analyzes the development status of China's tank-type special vehicles, combines the national macroeconomic policies, and proposes the advantages, characteristics and development prospects of the future special-purpose tank-type vehicles.

I. Development Status of China's Tank Special Vehicles

As an important logistics equipment, tank trucks are widely used in the automotive transportation industry. With the increase of investment in transportation construction in China, the development of the logistics industry is getting faster and faster. The development of China’s special vehicles has provided tremendous opportunities. The special characteristics of tank-type vehicles, especially the functions of special operations, are accepted by various industries and play an important role in the national economy and social development. At present, there are 947 domestic tank-type special vehicle manufacturers, most of which are small and medium-sized enterprises. More than half of the companies have annual production of less than 1,000 vehicles. From the sales volume of tank vehicles, 30,324 units were sold in 2006, 44284 units were sold in 2007, 67,363 units were sold in 2008, 79,745 units were sold in 2009, 124,450 units were sold in 2010, 107,967 units were sold in 2011, and 76,931 units were sold in 2012. From the sales volume in 2006-2011, it can be seen that tank cars have shown a rapid development trend. Since 2011, its sales volume has dropped as a proportion of the total number of special vehicles, which is closely related to the country’s entire economic environment. Inseparable.

While seeing the achievements made by domestic tankers, we should also note that there are still some urgent problems to be solved in the development of tank cars in China. Specifically, there are the following aspects:

1, high-end products lack the ability to independently develop

At present, the chassis of special-purpose vehicles such as dump trucks, box vehicles, tank trucks, and semi-trailer tractors with a total mass of 30 tons and a power of 224 kW (300 ps) or less can basically satisfy the market supply. However, there are some high-tech and structural requirements. Complex, small-volume operation-specific chassis such as concrete mixer trucks with a height of more than 8.3 meters, large-scale concrete pump trucks, semi-trailer tractors with a capacity of 224 kW or more, crane trucks with a capacity of over 40 tons, large fire engines, etc. have a small supply And the quality is not high. Some special-purpose vehicle chassis such as aircraft tractors, tankers, etc., are currently basically blank and mainly rely on imports.

2, backward technology, product structure imbalance, uneven development

At present, the domestic tank-type vehicles have introduced, digested, and absorbed technology from a technical point of view. They have also made some progress. However, there is still a large gap compared with foreign brands. It can be said that they mainly remain at the imitation stage. Qualitative phenomenon is very common, there are few varieties of special vehicles, and the similarity phenomenon is very serious. In the absence of core technologies, the proportions of heavy, medium, light, high, medium, general, special and new are out of balance. Most enterprises can only produce medium-sized ordinary special-purpose vehicles, and other types of special-purpose vehicles still have relatively small output and can be simple. High-tech, high value-added, high-reliability Chinese-made tank-type special vehicles are still insufficient, which have seriously affected the structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of the tank-type special-purpose vehicle industry in China.

Meat Shredding and Dicing

The application of two-dimensional and three-dimensional cutting methods realizes the processing requirements for shredding and dicing frozen meat and fresh meat. In restaurants and butcher shops, you can easily shred and ground fresh meat. In factories and catering processing workshops, you can cut frozen meat into beautiful strips and cubes. Regardless of whether it is a two-dimensional or three-dimensional cutting machine, you can change the cutter to meet the needs of different cutting sizes.
