Process for mineral processing and processing of glass siliceous raw materials

1. Sandstone crushing process Sandstone crushing process currently has the following main types:
(1) Direct pulverization process. The process flow is: raw ore â†’ strip sieve â†’ ç ´ç¢Ž type crushing â†’ sieving â†’ cone crushing â†’ sieving â†’ multi-stage roll crushing â†’ screening â†’ product.
(2) Calcination and pulverization process. The process flow is: raw ore â†’ bottle kiln calcination â†’ water cooling â†’ coarse crushing â†’ medium crushing â†’ cage grinding â†’ screening â†’ product.
(3) Self-grinding and pulverizing process. The process flow is: raw ore â†’ strip sieve â†’ self-grinding machine â†’ air grading system â†’ qualified product and ultra-fine powder (over-granular grade â†’ cage-shaped mill â†’ hexagonal sieve â†’ final product).
(4) Wet rod grinding magnetic separation process. This is a new process successfully researched and promoted during the â€œSeventh Five-Year Planâ€ period in China. The process flow is: raw ore â†’ coarse crushing â†’ medium crushing â†’ screening â†’ rod grinding â†’ high frequency fine screening â†’ hydraulic classification â†’ magnetic separation and iron removal â†’ product .
2. Natural silica sand beneficiation process
(1) Rub the sludge process. The general process flow is: raw sandâ†’mixing scrubbingâ†’de-sludge de-sludgeâ†’hydraulic grading (or wet sieving)â†’product.
(2) Flotation process. The process flow is: raw sandâ†’mixing scrubbingâ†’de-sludgeâ†’flotationâ†’product.
