China has been researching dry self-grinding mills since the late 1950s, and it has developed considerably in the early 1970s. In 1982, a total of 34 products were produced. After that, it was rarely produced. Only one product of Φ4000×1400mm dry self-grinding machine is produced. Since the beginning of the 1960s, China has been producing wet self-grinding machines and has developed rapidly. By 1983, 69 kinds of 6 kinds of products had been produced, and most of the original dry self-grinding machines were changed to wet self-grinding machines.
At present, there are 8 kinds of wet self-grinding machines in China. The main manufacturers are heavy, one heavy, medium heavy and Dahua heavy machines. Liaozhong and other factories also produce self-grinding machines with smaller specifications. At present, it can manufacture the Φ8500×4800rnm self-grinding machine with the largest domestic specifications, and the barrel is relatively long. Medium weight is the only semi-autogenous grinding machine in China with a specification of Φ4000×6700rnm, which is characterized by relatively small cylinder diameter. In general, China's self-grinding mills are smaller than foreign ones, and the specifications are smaller.
The specifications of the self-grinding machine are mostly expressed by diameter × length (mm). The comparison specification of the model specification is MZS××××, namely: M——grinding machine, Z——self-grinding, S——wet,××— - cylinder diameter (dm), × × - cylinder length (dm).
The following describes the self-grinding machines produced by each factory.
1. Yizhong The factory produces 6 specifications of self-grinding machine. The main technical performance parameters are listed in Table 1. The equipment shape and main installation dimensions are shown in Figure 1 and Table 2.
2. Heavy The factory currently produces five specifications of NIZS wet self-grinding machine. The main technical performance parameters are listed in Table 3-4-3. The equipment shape and installation dimensions are shown in Figure 2 and Table 4.
3. The heavy plant produced one size smaller from the mill and wet a large, semi-autogenous mills, the latter adaptable, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, can be used in mineral processing, metallurgical, Many industrial sectors such as glass, ceramics, chemicals, and electronics. The main technical performance parameters of the two mills are listed in Table 5. The equipment shape and installation dimensions are shown in Figures 3-6. In addition, the plant can also produce Φ5500×1800rnm and Φ000×1400mm wet self-grinding machines, and can design and produce semi-autogenous grinding machines of various specifications according to user requirements.
4. Liaozhong The factory only produces Φ4000×1400mm wet self-grinding machine. The main technical performances are listed in Table 6. The structure and dimensions are shown in Figure 7.
5. Dahua Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. produces ordinary MZSG series self-grinding machine and ZM series steel slag self-ball mill. The latter is used to grind steel slag, separate steel from slag, increase steel content, and classify it. The technical parameters are listed in Tables 7, 8.
