For connection, both ends of the slide wire are connected with screws through connecting plates. In order to prevent the expansion of the rigid body caused by temperature changes, a temperature compensation device is generally installed. When installing the temperature compensation device, a gap should be left at the connection. The gap size is shown in the following table:

The size of the reserved gap is related to the ambient temperature during installation. Generally, the high value is used during the winter installation and the low value during the summer installation.
Installation of the trolley wire 1. How to install the trolley wire. Two kinds of upper slides and side slides are generally used, as shown in the figure below.

2. The installation bracket of the trolley is generally 3 meters. In special circumstances, the department also adopts strengthening measures to properly reduce the spacing. The phase-to-phase distance between the three sliding lines should not be less than 400mm. For example, the distance between high-voltage feeders should be appropriately extended.
3. The specific installation of the trolley line, our factory will provide detailed supplementary materials in time according to the user's design requirements. Now the general installation sequence of the upper sliding contact is briefly described as follows:
(1) Mounting Brackets In principle, the brackets should be installed perpendicular to the rails. All brackets should be level with the rails. The installation clearance is 3m-sets. In order to ensure the straight line of the rigid body sliding line, the vertical error of the bracket installation must not exceed 1cm, and the lateral error does not exceed 2cm.
(2) Install the insulator assembly Fix the insulator assembly on the reserved clearance hole of the bracket to ensure that the insulator is straight.
(3) Install rigid body slid wire First, loosen the platen screw on the insulator assembly, place the rigid body slide wire on the rigid body seat, and then tighten the platen screw. The rigid body slid line should be placed in the middle of the bracket and the bracket (see below) Figure)
(4) Connecting the slide wire Use rigid splints at both ends of the rigid body slide wire to fasten the screws (refer to the fourth part of the slide wire connection) to ensure that the slide wire connector is flat. Note that the length of the slide wire connecting splint is 22cm. The joint gap is 3-5 (mm).
(5) Installation temperature compensation device In order to prevent the expansion caused by the temperature change of the rigid body, the temperature compensation device is generally designed for the rigid body slide wire. The factory will make special design according to the design requirements. During installation, the temperature compensation device is connected with a special splint (length 25cm) fixed on the reserved clearance holes at the two ends of the rigid body sliding wire (see figure). In order to ensure that the rigid body slid wire expands and contracts under the temperature change, the connection screw cannot be tightened and adopted. Double nut fastening, after the completion of the temperature compensation device connected to the cable to be fixed.
(6) Section Inspection and Isolation Device The section inspection and isolation device is made of epoxy resin insulation board. The installation location is determined according to the manufacturer's requirements. For the installation method, see Part III E Section Maintenance and Isolation Device.
(7) Current collector mounting bracket. I plant on-site production according to the site installation, and then the fixed collector, after installation, the collector pressure limit film should be put down, in order to ensure good brush and sliding plane pressure (collector factory pressure limit, set The electric brush part can be pulled up to release the lower limit piece).
(8) Auxiliary cable fixing clips Auxiliary current fixing clips should generally be installed on both sides of the sliding wire. For the mounting method, see section 3 (Auxiliary Current Fixing Clips).
(9) Power supply terminal installation The power supply terminal is installed at the connection point of the rigid body slide wire. The installation method refers to the upper part of the third part F.
