1. Application:

This servo control Multifunction tester is controlled by X,Y,Z axes, it is suitable for the button force test, the compression for electronic products, the 3 points bending test, 4points bending test.

2. Specialties:

2.1. The tester is moved by X, Y, Z axes, X,Y are to move the testing platform, so that can realize the multi-points compression test for the buttons force test and the electronic products compression test; Z axis is connected to the transducer to apply the test force ,collect the test force and control the compression time.
2.2. The system is controlled by computer professional software, can set the test force, test time, test cycles, and test speed, and can collect the test force ,test time, test speed to generate the test graph.
2.3. X,Y,Z axes are driven by servo motor from Japanese Panasonic to drive; transmission by precise ballscrew which can achieve the low noise and long durability.
2.4. The tester is equipped with a controlled box, the operator can also use the box for the tester setting.
2.5. The tester is table top type, a special table as the accessory.
2.6.Chinese or English interface can be optional . The unit (N,Lb,gf,kgf) can be switched freely .
2.7. The testing method can be set, saved and called for use from the saving record . The data and curve can be printed directly
2.8. The life damping curve can be created, the test report can be converted to Excel and PDF file format.


3. Typical Application:



3.1. The Multi-points compression:

    3.1.1. To use the compression pads with certain diameter to compress the device, can select the places of the device need to be compressed, and after setting the test parameters and the places, to start the test, the tester will compress the selected places automatically and auto stop after finishing the set cycles for all the selected places.

         To add the side load test fixture so that can do the side load test for the connectors.

3.1.2. In the parameter setting interface, Can set the compression force , cycles, compression holding time, compression speed. During the testing, it will generate the real-time graph "force vs time", and will auto save the test data and the test graph.

  3.1 3. The test graph. The Y axis is force,(unit can be N,Lb,gf,kgf), the X axis

       is time, the unit is Second. the setting for below graph is to compress 5kg to

       keep 5 second at the 5kg force .


3.2. button force testing:

3.2.1. Automatically inductive test method: no matter what height of the key is, it can be controlled by computer automatically through the test of the Button test method.
3.2.2. Can measure the force of the buttons and also do the fatigue test, it will generate the test graph and also can generate the life damping graph.

3.3. The 3pts & 4pts bending test

The 4 points bending test is the similar as the 3 Pts bending test, the difference is the fixture. So, here, the 3 Pts bending test will be introduced. There are two ways test for the 3 Pts bending in this tester, one is 3Pts bending fatigue test, and another is the 3 Pts bending strength test.
