The main methods of bearing identification are as follows:

1) Recognition by Sound It takes a lot of experience to recognize by sound. Must be adequately trained to recognize bearing and non-bearing sounds. To do this, we should try our best to do this work. The sound of the bearing can be clearly heard with the earphone or the sound bar attached to the housing.

2) Recognition by operating temperature This method is a comparative identification method and is limited to applications where the operating conditions do not change too much. For this reason, continuous recording of temperature must be performed. In the event of a failure, the temperature will not only increase but will also change irregularly. This method is preferably used together with the voice recognition method.

3) Identification by the state of the lubricant The lubricant is sampled and analyzed, and judged by the degree of contamination, whether foreign matter or metal powder is mixed in, or the like. This method is particularly effective for bearings that cannot be observed close to or large bearings.
