Superconducting NMR spectrometer is mainly used for structural determination, qualitative and quantitative analysis and molecular-molecular interaction analysis of organic molecules. It is widely used in the detection of chemical drugs, biological products, and polymer materials. The current editions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the European Pharmacopoeia, the United States Pharmacopoeia, and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia have all included nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and the specific varieties used for standard testing. The nuclear magnetic spectrometer equipped by the Central Inspection Institute uses a standard cavity superconducting super-shielded magnet, equipped with a nuclear magnetic autosampler, gradient field, and temperature change unit. The detection unit is equipped with a normal-phase broadband probe and three-resonance high-resolution magic angle.
