a. Frame: There are altogether three sets of roller frames, with several rubber rollers on each frame.  The rubber rollers are on the same lever, when producing profile sandwich panels you have to raise one roller frame and put in the attached blocks, while producing flat panels, you only need to remove the blocks.Â

The tension of both upper coil sheet and down coil sheet is kept moderately by frictional brake.

c. Glue mixing device: Glue is provided by the calculate pump and dropped onto the coil sheets evenly through glue dropping pipes.  Then it is mixed by the upper and down glue mixing devices.  Comparing with spraying way, glue dropping and mixing is easier to operate, reduces air pollution and releases workers from high strength work.
