 Brief Introduction
 Sandwich panel production line is used for the special purpose of producing the new type constructional material (Sandwich panel), with the function of compounding EPS or Rock wool board to the color steel sheets.  
Sandwich panel is very light weight. (1/40 to 1/10 of common brick).It is high strength, warm conservation, water proof, convenient for construction, short construction period etc.  
As the ideal constructional material, they can be used to build warehouses, workshops, wide range roofing, air-conditioned houses and so on.

Feeding platform

In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, chain transmission, roller surfaces polishing, hard planting, heat treatment and galvanization treatment. The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.

2 Compound forming machine:
 
 
 
It includes the frame,decoiler, glue mixing, guiding device, electric heating device, dust collecting device and electrical controlling device.
 
a. Frame: There are altogether three sets of roller frames, with several rubber rollers on each frame.  The rubber rollers are on the same lever, when producing profile sandwich panels you have to raise one roller frame and put in the attached blocks, while producing flat panels, you only need to remove the blocks. 
 
 
b. Decoiler:  
 
The tension of both upper coil sheet and down coil sheet is kept moderately by frictional brake.
 
 
c. Glue mixing device: Glue is provided by the calculate pump and dropped onto the coil sheets evenly through glue dropping pipes.  Then it is mixed by the upper and down glue mixing devices.  Comparing with spraying way, glue dropping and mixing is easier to operate, reduces air pollution and releases workers from high strength work.
 
 
d. Guiding device: Two guiding devices are set, the upper one adopts stainless steel roller of large diameter, it could adjust the width; the below one adopts easy operated screw thread.
 
 
 
e.Electrical heating device: 6 electrical infrared heating devices ensuring high quality sandwich panel can be produced at low temperature.
 
 
 
f. Dust collecting device: collecting all the scrap in production
 
g. Electrical controlling device: Electrical-controlling device for compound forming machine is composed with AC contactor and transducer, velocity of compound forming machine and the glue pump is controlled by transducer, it can also form a synchronous device with the profile forming machine.
