Import volume of natural rubber increased to 1 million tons in July

The General Administration of Customs announced on August 10, 2011 that in July 2011, China's natural rubber imports increased by 2.1% year-on-year to 1 million tons.

According to preliminary statistics released by the General Administration of Customs of China on August 10, China imported 1 million tons of natural rubber (including latex) in the previous July, which was a 2.1% increase year-on-year. Among them, the import volume in July was 130,000 tons.

The data also shows that China imported 843,291 tons of synthetic rubber (including latex) in July, down 11.9% year-on-year, of which 111,040 tons was imported in July.
