Led screen in life, everywhere, display, broadcast screen, etc., but how to calculate the led size, you know? Today we will take a look at the calculation method of the size of the led screen.
First, the calculation of the point spacing
1. Common models and sizes of each unit board
LED screens are commonly made with cell boards. The common model and size (mm) of the LED unit board correspond to the following, and different brands may have slight differences.
2. How is it calculated?
This is exemplified by p10 and p16 because they are the most common.
PH16 single unit board size
With the P16 model, the general module's led point spacing is 16 points long and 8 points wide, while the p16 point spacing is 10mm. So calculate:
Length = 16 points × 1.6 = 25.6
Height = 8 points × 1.6 = 12.8
PH10 single unit board size
With the P10 model, the general module's led point spacing is 32 points long, 16 points wide, and the p10 point spacing is 10mm, so calculate:
Length = 32 points × 1.0 = 32
Height = 16 points × 1.0 = 16;
The same as the above data, in general, do not need to calculate these, just remember the contents of the above picture.
Second, the calculation of indoor led screen
After understanding some of the basic data above, we can look at it through an example.
example:
If you need an indoor full color screen with a length of 4m, 3m led screen, with P10 screen, how to calculate its actual length and height?
Maybe some friends don't understand what this question means. Since there are already long and wide, why should we calculate it? Because the LED large screen is composed of multiple unit boards, it is necessary to calculate how many unit boards are needed for a large screen with a length of 4 m and a width of 2 m.
1. First calculate how many cell boards are needed for length and height (divide the length of the entire screen by the length of the cell board, take an integer)
We learned the basic data of p10 from above, and the number of modules is calculated as:
Length: 4m/0.32m=12.5 ≈13.
Width: 3m/0.16m=18.7 ≈19
Because the module has a minimum unit of 1, it is rounded.
2, the actual length and high size (multiplied by the number of unit plates required by a single unit plate size)
Length: 13*0.32=4.16m,
Width: 19*0.16=3.04m
3. Actual LED screen area:
Therefore, the length of the led is 4.16*3.04m.
Third, the calculation of outdoor led screen
Outdoor led is the box for splicing, the size of the box is more than the module, but the calculation method is similar! It is necessary to take the final number to calculate the screen size.
Fourth, the calculation of the led screen of the door
Walking on the street, I saw subtitles in the rectangular led display on the bank and the door of the store. We usually refer to the LED screen, LED strip screen or LED screen. So what is the specification of the LED display on the door? How to determine the screen size? In fact, it is similar to the interior.
Example:
A shop customizes a P10 monochrome LED display (320*160), and intends to make a screen with a length and width of 3.5 meters x 0.8 meters. How to calculate the actual size of the door LED display?
1. First calculate how many cell boards are needed for length and height (divide the length of the entire screen by the length of the cell board, take an integer)
Length: 3.5m÷0.32=10.9375≈11
Height: 1m÷0.16=5≈5
2, the actual length and high size (multiplied by the number of unit plates required by a single unit plate size)
Length: 11 × 0.32 = 3.52m
Height: 5 × 0.16m = 0.96m
3. Actual LED screen area:
3.52m×0.96m=3.3792
What needs to be added is:
The LED display on the door also has a frame size. Since the frame profile has many specifications,
The commonly used frame thickness is 9 cm. Width plus 3.5cm (one side); also width plus 4.5cm (one side)
Assuming that the border we use here is 3.5cm side, then the length and width of the LED display on the door are as follows:
Full screen length: 3.52m+0.035*2=3.59m
Full screen height: 0.96+0.035*2=1.03m
Therefore the actual full screen area: 3.59m × 1.03 = 3.6977
NIO ET7
Overview
The Nio ET7 was unveiled in China on 9 January 2021 at the 'Nio Day' event in Chengdu, retaining many design cues of the 2019 Nio ET Preview concept car. It was on sale on March 28 in 2022 in China. It acts as a direct competitor to the Tesla Model S sedan in China. It has been announced by Nio that ET7 will be sold in Germany later in 2022. On the 26th April 2022, Nio's 200,000th car was produced and it was an ET7.
The interior of the ET7 features NOMI AI assistant on the dashboard, an 10.2" electronic instrument cluster, a 12.8" center touchscreen, and a 23-speaker audio system with a 1000-watt output. ET7 comes with third-generation Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ Automotive Cockpit Platform for in-car mobile connectivity and communication including 5G, NFC and Bluetooth 5.2. ET7 will be first production car to feature Karuun®, a sustainable rattan material. ET7 also features, NOMI AI personal assistant, 256 colours of interior ambient lighting, soft close doors, and intelligent fragrance system.
