Split magnetic flowmeter troubleshooting: 1) The liquid does not flow and has output: 1. The signal transmission cable is connected to the converter and disconnected; 2. The signal cable is disconnected from the electrode connection; 3. The electrode surface is contaminated or an insulating layer is deposited; 4. The grounding is poor or the circuit is broken. Solution: 1. Connect the cable; 2. Open the sensor and reconnect it; 3. Scrub the electrode surface; 4. Connect the ground wire. 2) No liquid output flow: 1. The signal transmission cable between the converter and the two core wires is reversed; 2. The power supply is not connected or has poor contact; 3. The sensor instrument pipeline, casing, and the end face have leakage. Solution: 1. Reverse the head; 2. Connect the power supply and maintain good contact; 3. Repair the sensor. 3) Unstable output: 1. Unsteady flow field; 2. Gas contained in the sensor, large solid block; 3. Virtual connection of electrical connection; 4. Bad grounding; 5. Electrode leakage Solution: 1. Rebuild the pipeline, or increase the installation of false sensors; 2. Normal phenomenon; 3. Check the wiring, connect the wires; 4. Connect the ground wire; 5. Repair the sensor. 4) The error is too large: 1. The zero point is too high; 2. It is not completely filled with liquid; 3. The distortion of the power supply is too large; 4. The grounding is poor. Solution: 1. Re-adjust the zero point; 2. Improve the pipeline conditions, the sensor is always full of liquid; 3. Improve the power supply conditions, in line with normal working conditions; 4.
