I. Decision on Amending the "Measures for the Completion and Acceptance of Port Engineering" The Ministry of Transport decided to make the following amendments to the "Procedures for the Acceptance and Acceptance of Port Engineering" (No. 2 of the Ministry of Communications Decree 2005):
(a) Delete Article 3, paragraph 3.
The fourth paragraph is amended to read: "The State Council department in charge of investment, the competent department of the provincial people's government to examine and approve the approval, and the provincial department of transportation approval examination and approval of the completion of the port project, by the provincial department responsible for transportation."
The fifth paragraph is amended to read: "The rest of the port engineering will be checked and accepted by the port administrative department where the port is located."
(II) Amend Article 10 to read: "The provincial competent department of communications and transportation shall be responsible for the completion of the port engineering inspection and shall be subject to the preliminary acceptance by the port administrative department at the port where the port is located. After the preliminary acceptance, the port administrative department shall go to the provincial level. The competent department of transportation submits the application for completion acceptance."
(3) All the "Ministry of Communications" in the provisions have been uniformly modified to be "Ministry of Transport and Transportation", and the "Transportation Authorities" has been uniformly changed to "Transportation Authorities".
This decision will come into effect on September 5, 2014.
The “Measures for Acceptance and Acceptance of Port Engineering†shall be revised accordingly and re-issued.
II. Decision on Amending the "Administrative Measures for Acceptance and Acceptance of Waterway Projects" The Ministry of Transport decided to make the following amendments to the "Administrative Measures for Acceptance and Acceptance of Waterway Projects" (No. 1 of 2008 of the Ministry of Communications).
(1) Revise the second paragraph of Article 5 to read: "The Ministry of Transport shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the completion and acceptance of the national waterway engineering."
The third paragraph is revised as follows: “The provincial competent department of transportation shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the completion and acceptance of the waterway project within its administrative area, and shall be specifically responsible for the completion of the waterway project approved or approved by the investment authority of the State Council and the relevant departments of the provincial people’s government. Acceptance work."
The fourth paragraph is amended to read: "The municipal and county-level transportation departments in charge of the district shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the completion and acceptance activities of the waterway projects within their own administrative areas in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provincial people's government."
(b) Delete Article 9.
(3) All the "Ministry of Communications" in the provisions have been uniformly modified to be "Ministry of Transport and Transportation", and the "Transportation Authorities" has been uniformly changed to "Transportation Authorities".
In addition, the serial number of the article is adjusted accordingly.
The "Administrative Measures for Acceptance of Acceptance of Waterway Projects" shall be revised accordingly and reissued in accordance with this Decision.
