The “double points” policy has entered the practical stage, and the ultimate goal of point trading and transfer is to promote further rationalization of the new energy layout, rather than just an empty slogan.

A total of 74 non-standard car companies

The announcement will classify 130 car companies according to whether the average fuel consumption of passenger cars in 2017 is up to standard, and carry out the points calculation according to the standards and non-compliance. Among them, there are 74 enterprises with average fuel consumption standards, and 56 enterprises that do not meet the standards. Family. For those who fail to meet the standards, the following two methods are needed to complete the points compensation task: one is to purchase new energy positive points from other car companies; the other is to use the new energy positive points for the next year to compensate. But in general, companies will choose to buy points to offset negative points.

Point transaction price into focus

The biggest focus now is the price of the point trade. According to experts from the China National Automotive Industry Center, after the investigation and study, it is estimated that the recommended price for the 2016-2017 point transaction is about 1,000 to 1,500 yuan per minute. Some industry experts believe that the price per transaction is higher than this, reaching 2000-3000 yuan per minute. The final price will have market supply and demand decisions, and it is not easy to say now.

In addition to the price issue, the “double-point” transaction as a new thing, in the process of the actual landing of the transaction, there are still related procedures and tax collection and other details need to be resolved. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "double points" policy, until September 30, the enterprise must complete the settlement of the negative points. The industry expects that although the "double points" transaction has been announced, most companies are expected to wait and see in the next month or two, until the September deadline is expected to enter the peak period.
