In recent years, Russian mineral processing experts have focused on the application of joint force fields in the re-election of fine-grained minerals. Fine particle (<0.2mm) re-election is effectively applied due to the use of a combined force field (centrifugal force field, magnetic field and electric field) sorting equipment.

The Science and Technology Center of New Siberian Mine Concentration Equipment has developed the ЦОМ centrifugal jig to select the old tailings. The gold grade of the feed is 0.826g/t, the gold grade of concentrate is 7.36g/t, and the recovery rate is 98%. The recovery of +0.045mm gold is 90%. A centrifugal jig having a throughput of 100 t/h has been manufactured.

Using Итомак centrifugal concentrator to select the jigging concentrate, spiral concentrator concentrate and magnetic separation concentrate, the gold concentrate grade is increased by 15 to 30 times, and the gold recovery rate is 70% to 80%. The treatment amount is 0.1 to 30 t/h.

The Nielsen centrifugal concentrator is used to treat gold-containing products (sulfurized ore, oxidized ore, jigging concentrate and flotation concentrate), the gold grade is 2~70g/t, and the concentrate of Nielsen centrifugal concentrator contains 150~2800g/ t, the gold recovery rate is 40% to 90%. The Nielsen centrifugal concentrator is currently used in Norilsk copper- nickel ore dressing.

Russia's Novosibirsk “Labor” Machinery Plant uses a sawtooth jigging cycle in the manufacture of jigs to enhance the sucking effect and enhance the recovery of fine ore particles. Instead of the tandem screen system, a single screen sieve that is longitudinally inclined and laterally inclined is used to ensure the entire movement of the sorting material and to strengthen the layering of the ore particles. A continuous discharge device for fine-concentration and large-yield on-screen concentrate products and under-sand concentrate products has been developed.

In gold ore beneficiation, re-election is often used alone or in combination with flotation and leaching.

The Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences has developed a new process for gold separation. The system consists of a washing tank, a hydraulic screen, a mechanical trough and a hydrocyclone, which recovers gold from old tailings. The recovery rate of the new process gold is 15% to 20% higher than that of the conventional process, and the processing capacity of the system is lOt/h.

The re-election-flotation combined process is applied in the treatment of primary gold ore to increase the recovery rate of gold. The ore is jagged after grinding, and the jigging concentrate is selected by a shaker. The tailings are used for shale flotation to remove carbon. The flotation concentrate is selected by shaker, and the two shaker concentrates are combined. The grade is 220g/t, the recovery rate is 50%. The shale flotation tailings is subjected to sulfide ore flotation, and the sulfide ore flotation concentrate is obtained. The Au grade is 160g/t, and the recovery rate is 38.9%. Shale products contain 25% carbon. The process improves the gold grade and recovery rate of the concentrate, and solves the problem caused by the gold impurity carbon.

The re-election-flotation-water and metallurgical combined process is applied to treat refractory gold ore. After the ore is ground, it is sorted by a shaker to obtain re-elected gold concentrate, sulfide ore and tailings. After re-grinding, the ore is subjected to sulphide ore flotation. After the flotation concentrate is re-milled, it is leached with 15g/L hydrochloric acid and 8g/L calcium hypochlorite. The leaching solution is adsorbed by activated carbon, precipitated, calcined and smelted. This process not only has a high recovery rate of gold, but also prevents cyanide from polluting the environment.

Magnetic fluid separation method is applied in gold ore beneficiation.

Gold is recovered from the tin concentrate using a shaker-centrifugal beneficiation-magnetic separation-magnetic fluid sorting method. The gold grade of tin concentrate is 67g/t, the gold grade of gold concentrate obtained by this process is 772g/t, and the gold recovery rate is 72.44%.
