Solution of pulsating vacuum program failure

1 The vacuum negative pressure pump is damaged and the negative pressure vacuum line leaks. The negative pressure vacuum level cannot be reached in the cabinet. o The electrical contact pressure gauge is damaged and the control contact cannot be closed.

2 Solenoid valve and control Intake cam valve of the inner cabinet is damaged and the gas source cannot be completely shut off. The above faults can produce non-stop phenomenon of pulsating vacuum pump. The vacuum negative pressure table P1 and P2 of the electric contact are controlled by the pressure change of the inner sterilizer and transmitted to the PC to control the opening and closing of the solenoid valves V1 and V2. By turning on the hand to observe the swing condition of the pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge, the vacuum vacuum of the inner cabinet of the sterilizer is judged to be insufficient, and the negative pressure gauge connected to the inner cabinet cannot obtain enough negative pressure to bring the pointer to close the contact. The cam valve cannot completely cut off the gas supply source to make the inner cabinet get enough negative pressure. The needle of the negative pressure vacuum gauge will not reach the contact point conduction position. The PC program controller cannot receive the signal and cannot control the vacuum pump motor to stop. As a result, the negative pressure vacuum pump motor is always in operation. Through step-by-step inspection to eliminate negative pressure pump leakage, leakage of negative pressure piping, solenoid valve shut down and other reasons. After determining that the above parts have no problem. The basic conclusion is that it should be caused by the close of the inlet valve of the inner tank cam. The gas source continues to supply gas to the internal cabinet, the internal cabinet pressure cannot be vacuumed, and the negative pressure gauge of the electric contact loses its control function. When the inner cabinet inlet cam valve was disassembled, it was found that the inner spring of the cam valve was broken at multiple places and the spring was ineffective, and the air source could not be completely closed. Because manufacturers stopped producing this cam valve, we had to find production spring manufacturers in the region and remanufacture them according to the original spring requirements. After replacing the spring, the equipment resumes normal operation and troubleshooting is performed.
