It is used for kinds of chemical materiasl which are Gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid or gas-liquid-solid three-phase to react and stir fully under the high pressure, vacuum, high temperature, up to strength mass and heat transfer process.

Pressure from 0.1 Mpa to 35Mpa.


Usage and Range
CJF series sealing High Pressure Reactor Autoclave is a stirring and reacting device, which is used for kinds of chemical materiasl which are Gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid or gas-liquid-solid three-phase to react and stir fully under the high pressure, vacuum, high temperature, up to strength mass and heat transfer process.

Notes: 
1. Reaction medium should not exceed the kettle of two-thirds surface!
2. At work or at the end, demolition is strictly prohibited! Kettle is strictly prohibited in the case of ultra-pressure, high-temperature work!
3. When cleaning up autoclave, special attention should be paid not to heat water or other liquid spills into the furnace to prevent heating stove burned. If heat jacketed heat-conducting oil, don`t add water or other liquids during add heat conduction. Shall check the oil level of heat-conducting oil from time to time!
4. If internal of insulation shell has abnormal noise during operation, should be shut down, and check the mixing system whether is exception. Periodic checks shaft mixing swing. If the swing is too large, should be timely replacement of bearings or sliding bushings!
