Hydraulic oil briefly using 32 # or 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, lubrication rail oil using 46 # rail oil, pay attention to the type of grinder, to prepare enough oil;

Power matching of the power cord, if the wire is too thin, the wire will become hot and the load will be too heavy, which will cause the wire to trip in a short circuit, which will affect the power production of the factory;

When the machine is unloaded in place, it must ensure that the unloading equipment has sufficient bearing capacity, and the aisle is sufficient for the space where the machine tool moves, and it will not cause collision and personnel safety of the machine tool.

When the grinding machine is ready for processing:

Grinding machine installed in place to complete, check whether the tubing, wires, water pipe joints are locked;

Grinding machine routine maintenance:

1. Before finishing work, organize the grinder's workbench and the surrounding garbage. Observe whether there is any leakage of oil around the grinder. 2. Check the lubrication condition of the guide rails every week. If it is too big or too small, adjust it according to the oil adjustment indicator board. The lower grinding wheel flange performs anti-rust treatment on the nose surface of the spindle and the conical surface of the flange to prevent the spindle and flange from rusting for too long. 3. Clean the grinder cooling water tank every 15 to 20 days, every 3 to 6 months. Replace the machine guide rail lubricating oil.
