In the past 20 years, with the continuous introduction of foreign equipment by the national steel industry, with the development of the national equipment manufacturing industry, the development of the bearing industry appears to be relatively backward. Some bearing products cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of the steel industry. In this case, the main task of the tile axis is to speed up localization and accelerate the development of new products.

As early as 2004, the national plan for revitalizing equipment manufacturing clearly proposed to develop sixteen major technical and equipment fields. The ZW axis took advantage of rare opportunities, revitalized the equipment manufacturing industry and bearing industry as its own development goals and tasks, and promptly submitted 16 major technical supporting bearing R&D base projects to the National Development and Reform Commission, which was supported by the National Development and Reform Commission. The leaders of the province and the city have inspected the Zhaxi axis and accelerated the localization of these major basic components on the ZW axis, giving them high evaluation and strong support.

With the construction of the new industrial park, we have accelerated the localization of bearings in important fields such as steel industry, wind power industry and railway industry. Now, our wind turbine bearings are all made in China. In order to promote the localization process, we have implemented the "Falcon Plan" since the previous year. The main goal is to speed up the process of localization, achieve alternative imports, and vigorously develop exports from the main channel.

After two years of hard work, we have achieved certain achievements in the wind power industry, the steel industry, the railway industry and the automotive industry. The National Large Bearing Engineering Research Center is located on the tile shaft, and only one research center is set in each industry. After unremitting efforts from top to bottom, we quickly achieved some success in the steel industry, and some high-grade bearings quickly achieved alternative imports.

Wang Lushun stressed that the acceleration of localization and export of high-end products is still a long way and the time is very tight. We must achieve a major breakthrough in a short period of time. We have such a determination and there is such a strength. We are hiring technical talents all over the world. We are introducing high-end equipment. We are developing high-end products. We are implementing U-engineering throughout the entire production process, making each of our processes an advanced technology in the world, enabling us to support our customers.
