However, as the cost of factors continues to rise and the prices of joint venture products continue to drop, the competition strategy of independent brands is in urgent need of change. How to improve product quality is the key to strategic transformation. The Korean auto industry has had similar experiences with us. The initial car quality level is quite different from that of Japanese and European companies. After nearly 20 years of unremitting efforts, the quality of Korean automotive products has been widely recognized internationally, and Hyundai Motor has also entered the forefront of international auto companies. The theme of this seminar focuses on automotive quality innovation and is divided into two sections:
The first section is the introduction and discussion of the successful management experience of Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd., the director of Hyundai Motor China (microblogging) management institute, Liu Jiqian, the Kyoto University of Technology, Japan, Professor Cheng, and the Kia business strategy Team Guo Shanshan Team. Dr. Li Yujiu from the Korea Industrial Research Institute delivered a keynote speech to showcase the successful experience of sharing modern quality management in Korea.
