With this new engine, the output power of the J624 engine (fuel for natural gas, oil field associated gas, or gas) can be increased by approximately 10%, from 4MW to 4.4MW, and the power generation efficiency is 46.5%, which is a 1 percentage point increase. Due to the higher charging pressure, the power density of the engine is also greatly increased and can be operated at more than 22bar BMEP (effective average brake pressure).
