The vacuum brazing process is under the condition of vacuum heating, the melting point of the brazing material is lower than that of the base alloy, and the molten brazing material under the capillary suction of the small gap of the workpiece to be welded fills the gap of the base metal to form a solid combination of the brazing material. Due to the low temperature of vacuum brazing heating, it has little effect on the physical and chemical properties of the base metal, and several welds of complex parts can be welded at one time, so it is highly valued by the aviation, aerospace and electronics industries.

China's marine steel plate efficient CNC plasma arc cutting equipment currently relies on imports, and when importing such equipment, as the key wearing parts in the equipment, the plasma arc cutting electrode must be purchased as an accessory at the same time, which is expensive. The plasma arc cutting electrode consists of an oxygen-free copper matrix, a silver inner ring, and a tantalum wire. Hot pressing combined quality directly affects the service life of plasma arc cutting electrodes.

Fischer Tropsch Wax

Fischer-Tropsch wax can be used in plastic processing, such as injection molding, extrusion and pelletizing industries. In the production process of masterbatch and modified plastics, Fischer-Tropsch wax contributes to the dispersion of fillers and excellent smoothness during mixing. It can be used as an external lubricant for PVC. The low viscosity can increase the production speed of the product. It helps to disperse the pigments and fillers during mixing. It is especially useful in the extrusion of high-viscosity systems. It is more than ordinary PE WAX. 40-50% less, and can significantly improve the surface gloss of the product. When using intense colors, the melted Fischer-Tropsch wax can effectively wet the dye and reduce the extrusion viscosity.

When used in the ink as a particulate powder, it can improve the wear resistance and wrinkle resistance of the applied material. When applied to the coating, it can have a wrinkling effect, and when used in a micro powder state, it can form a wrinkle effect of stripes and water lines. When powder coating resin is added, it plays a role of lubrication in the extrusion process, which can reduce screw torque, reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency.
