The basic working principle of the SF6 evacuation and inflation device is to use the freeze liquefaction method. At the same time, using the low evaporation temperature characteristic of R22 refrigerant, the higher temperature SF6 gas is cooled to the condensation temperature for liquefaction and storage. When filling and discharging, first use the vacuum pump of this device to evacuate SF6 electrical equipment (or cylinder) and connecting pipelines, and then directly use the pressure difference or the suction of the compressor and cause a certain pressure difference to store the device in the storage container The SF6 inside is charged into the SF6 electrical equipment until the required working pressure is reached. When the bottle needs to be filled, the characteristics of the R22 refrigerant as described above are simultaneously used to directly fill the liquefied SF6 into the steel bottle. The purification function is completed simultaneously when the above-mentioned recycling, charging and discharging functions are completed.
Flow Description:
1. Recovery of SF6 gas
When SF6 is drawn from a gas chamber, the gas will automatically flow through the purification filter and be compressed and cooled by the SF6 compressor. It can be stored in the SF6 storage tank in gaseous form or liquid form under a certain high pressure.
2. SF6 switch vacuum
The air and moisture in the switch can be removed by the vacuum pump, and the outlet of the vacuum pump is open to the atmosphere.
3. Inflatable
The purified and dried SF6 is charged from the storage tank back to the evacuated gas chamber until the pressure in the gas chamber reaches the set working pressure. The above work is carried out in two steps. With the help of the SF6 tank pressure, the gas flows to the SF6 switch until the predetermined inflation pressure is reached.
4. When the pressure of the SF6 tank and the pressure of the SF6 switch are balanced, the compressor is used to pressurize and inflate until the predetermined inflation pressure is reached.
