On May 31, 2013, the first phase of the lean manufacturing project of Yuchai Group was released and the second phase project kick-off meeting was held. The Group's lean manufacturing projects are under the joint efforts of the three pilot subsidiaries Nanchao Yuchai, Power Company and Huayuan Company. The project is progressing smoothly. The second phase of the lean project was also launched at the meeting. The second phase of the Lean project will be expanded from three pilot subsidiaries to seven subsidiaries including Jinchuang Corporation, Chengxin Corporation, Yuchai Shipbuilding, and Property Corporation.
