Secondly, under the premise of satisfying the basic conditions and requirements for traffic safety, express delivery tricycles should be given as much traffic as possible and rely on convenience, and give them a legitimate name. And design special traffic regulations to manage them to achieve a reasonable allocation of road resources, and seek advantages and avoid disadvantages.
